When Unnikrishnan, a young fan of Tamil superstar Vijay died after falling off a ledge while he was installing a huge flex board promoting the actor’s latest movie, no one expected the actor himself to arrive at his funeral to offer his condolences. But that is exactly what actor Vijay did, according to The Times Of India.
Earlier last week, Tamil actor Vijay, who is a superstar from the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, released his latest movie, Kaththi. As is the case with his fans who dot all the southern Indian states of India, the release of the film was marked with celebrations and functions all over south India. In Kerala, members of the local Vijay Fans association decided to install a huge flex advertising board to promote the film. In the midst of the installation, Unnikrishnan, a die-hard Vijay fan fell off a ledge and was seriously injured. Even though he was admitted to a local hospital, the doctors there could not save his life. Actor Vijay was informed about the tragic death of one of his die-hard fans.
